Happy Birthday?

I live in a condo/apartment type deal. I was walking my dog just before midnight, when i hear a shout from above me, "IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!" and see some curtains closing. i couldn't help but shout in reply "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!". moments after i hear faint giggling.
